Whether you're a seasoned traveler, it's always good to keep in mind that each hotel comes with its own guidelines. Before your arrival, take a moment to familiarize yourself with the rules of your chosen accommodation.

To guarantee a pleasant stay, we provide some universal precautions during your stay in a hotel:

• Always check the check-in and check-out times.
• For personal security, use the hotel safe.
• When you're unfamiliar with your surroundings, ask the concierge for local insights.
• Periodically inspect for unwanted pests when you first enter your room.
